On the evening of July 14th, all the staff of Sanxin and Mr Zeng Chongling attended the "6S" Administraion Mobilizaiong Meeting at the company meeting hall.

Ganeral Manager Liu Jiangang, Deputy Manager Lu Bohua, Zang Guorong, Hua Zhiren, Gao Shanfu, Wang Yi, Wang Jian, Wang Xiaoping and the trainer Mr Zeng were all in the meeting.

At the first, Deputy Manager Lu Bohua noticed that the Sanxin Promotion Committee of "6S" Administraion System was founded and relative activities should be carried out. Both the structure and the responsibility were clarified.

Then Mr Zeng started the "6S" training. He used numorous illustraions and examples to show the differrences at the prodution site before and after the "6S" was carried out. The staff adquately understanded the necessity and importance to carry out "6s" in Sanxin.

Afterwards, General Manager Liu Jiangang gave a speech that pointed out the direction of Sanxin"s development, analyzed the international and national industrial environment and raised requirements for "6S" in Sanxin.

Finally, Deputy manager Zang Guorong summed up the meeting, calling on all the staff to learn "6S" in practice. He added that the "6S" carried out in Sanxin should additonally firm up the pensonnel, duty, standard and test.
